Assessments
Assessment answers run in your browser. They are not submitted with a contact request. Do not enter banking, tax, debt, account credentials or other sensitive information in the message form.
Requests and follow-up
When you submit a request, we store your name, email, optional business name, selected offer, message, referring page label and submission/consent timestamps. The business owner can access the request in a protected operations console, record follow-up notes, export it for business use or delete it. We use it to reply about the request, not to enroll you in marketing or sell your details to another business.
Retention and choices
Requests are available for up to 180 days; expired records are removed on subsequent submissions. Copies needed for an agreed engagement, purchase records or owner exports may be retained separately for fulfillment and recordkeeping. Request access, correction or deletion through the Contact form using the email address on your request and its reference. We may verify the request before acting.
Technical processing
Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Intake uses a short-lived hash of the network address and hour to limit abusive submissions; raw addresses are not stored in our request database. We do not operate advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on these forms.
DEALRIX CSV audit
The DEALRIX browser audit processes files locally in that tab. The file and report are not sent to this request form. Reports you download remain on your device. Share only a non-sensitive summary when requesting a pilot.
Purchases and outside providers
When checkout is enabled, the checkout provider collects payment details and handles the purchase under its privacy policy. Earnetics does not receive or store your card information through this form. Affiliate providers, if activated, may process referral identifiers and their own cookies; a disclosure will appear near a compensated recommendation.
